What to expect
As an eTrading and Machine Learning off-cycle analyst, you’ll take your first steps in the extremely challenging and fascinating world of algorithmic trading & data science. Working with a broad spectrum of colleagues, you’ll learn how data science fits into our business. What’s more, you’ll help our team to turn mathematical and algorithmic ideas into trading reality.

Who thrives here
Logical problem-solvers do well here. You’ll have completed or be in your final year of a postgraduate qualification, of a Masters or higher, in a technical discipline such as Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Stochastic Calculus, Computer Science, or other STEM subjects, with strong programming skills, particularly C++, Python or Java. You’ll be great at communicating and collaborating – motivated by pace and pressure and driven to achieve and search for the best solution. You’ll also be ready to develop a deep understanding of what we do, why we do it, and how your role impacts our business outcomes.
