You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Execute/resolve exceptions across markets and products, ensuring accurate validation, timely instructions release and adherence to market/custodian cut offs.
Liaise with internal teams (FO/MO and settlements to ensure smooth settlement flows and quick resolution of breaks.
Perform end of day controls reconciliations and completeness checks to maintain zero operational loss and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Contribute to process improvement automation initiatives and control enhancements aimed at reducing settlement fails, improving STP and strengthening governance.
Desirable Skillsets:
Strong attention to detail and analytical capability, with ability to identify root-causes of exceptions and apply structured problem- solving.
Effective communication and coordination skills, especially in high-pressure, cut off driven environments with multiple stakeholders and global teams.
