Explore locationStep into the role of Regulatory Assurance -Vice President. At Barclays, we are more than a Bank, we are force of progress. As an Regulatory Assurance - Vice President you will identify, assess and mitigate prudential regulatory reporting risks, provide oversight on regulatory reporting, and maintenance of open communication with regulators to ensure that the bank's activities and operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal control policies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Deep domain experience in large financial institutions on specific risks covered in EBA / PRA Regulatory reporting requirements - Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) and Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR).
* Alternatively, experience in large financial institutions delivering Assurance in Regulatory reporting areas.
* Alternatively, expertise in in application of Alteryx , Python, and other automation & AI tools in technical areas in Risk and Finance.
* Keen to continuously learn and enhance their technical capabilities to other risk areas.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead Assurance work and lead stakeholder discussions.
Some of highly valued skills may include:
* Expertise in EBA / PRA Regulatory reporting.
* Audit Experience in related technical areas like Risk, Models and Compliance.
* Experience in in application of Alteryx , Python, and other automation & AI tools.

This role is based in Chennai.
