PB Credit Operations supports and services the Lending (Credit) requirements for a suite of credit products ranging from Mortgages, Loans, Overdrafts and settlement limits etc., across UK and Channel Islands. The Facility and Collateral Documentation team are responsible for the production and issuance of Credit agreements to the Mortgage Advisors/Front Office for completion. The role holder will be responsible for Document Generation, Document Issue, Sanction Data Transposition, Administration fees, dealing with Solicitors instructions, Valuation ordering/validating, Conditions Precedent Execution and Lapsed Facility letter management.

The production and issuance of Credit Agreement (Facility & Security documents) to the RM/FO and Solicitors for completion and execution.
Collate and validate the returned executed agreement from the client, open loan accounts, satisfy special condition and complete drawdown/limit marking.
Register/perfection of collateral with third parties across all security types, jurisdictions and legal entities.
Monitor and validate the collateral against the lending and escalate any breaches to appropriate Credit Risk and Private Bank functions.
Manage facility and collateral administration; ranging from customer enquires through lifecycle event management to collateral discharge and facility closure.
Perform quality assurance, audit, risk event management, root cause analysis and regulatory adherence.
Trade monitoring to ensure settlement/completion.
Liaising with internal and external stake holders.
Processing payments or settling trades for clients.
monitoring and clearing cash/stock breaks.
Monitoring of exceptions that fall out of straight through processing.
Process transactions in accordance with approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy.
Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times.
Day to day query resolution, with upward escalation of more complex queries to the management team.
Report issues and concerns as soon as possible to senior/ team leaders/ managers etc. in time and with complete information, in which effort is made to prevent or limit possible damage.
Assist team manager in administration of the section, including organizing workflow, queue management & query resolution.
Responsible for driving own performance management, collating relevant documentation, preparing for and arranging self-performance reviews.
Constantly work on the process improvement agenda and contribute with ideas as may be relevant to the betterment of the process.
Adhere the currency cut offs.
Desirable Skillsets:
Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken, written and oral English.
MS Office Application Suite (Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analysis and problem-solving skills.

Purpose of the role
To support PBWM with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
Support with day-to-day Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution with regards to accounts, products and services.
Support the management of the banks client relations to clearly identify their needs and provide a service that meets expectations.
Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Private Bank and Wealth Management processes.
Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Private Bank and Wealth Management processes.
Development and implementation of Private Bank and Wealth Management procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
Development of reports and presentations on Private Bank and Wealth Management performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Private Bank and Wealth Management Services.
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Private Bank and Wealth Management efficiency and effectiveness.
