Explore locationAs a Recovery & Resolution Planning VP, you’ll lead activities that ensure the bank meets its recovery and resolvability requirements under ECB frameworks. You’ll take ownership of drafting regulatory deliverables, managing oversight processes, and ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards. Your role will cover key areas such as Solvency Capital Requirements (SCR) and engagement with the Single Resolution Board (SRB), requiring strong subject matter expertise in RRP and a deep understanding of regulatory expectations.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Governance to align strategies and provide clear, insightful updates to internal forums. This is a high-impact role where your ability to combine technical knowledge with strong communication and governance skills will be critical. You’ll play a central part in shaping the bank’s recovery and resolution planning approach, ensuring compliance and readiness in a dynamic regulatory environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting regulatory requirements, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders (including senior management – Board, ExCo etc) across the organisation and a high level of attention to detail. Project management skills, financial analysis and/or stress planning experience would also be desirable.

This role can be based in either our Dublin or Paris offices.
Purpose of the role
To prepare and respond to financial distress by the development and implementation of recovery and resolution plans, assessment of the financial viability of distressed entities, and provision of advice on potential resolution strategies.
