Explore locationAs a junior member of the deal team , candidates are expected to demonstrate strong drive and commitment to work in a fast-paced, high-achieving transactional environment. The successful candidate will support with the design, planning and execution of strategic initiatives and key regulatory transactions and will be involved in preparing technical analysis and engaging with stakeholders across the Group.
The successful candidate will be required to build a deep understanding of the legal, tax, regulatory and technical aspects of each proposal and prepare and review detailed technical descriptions, internal approval materials and transaction documentation as well as the execution and implementation of the transaction interacting with teams across the institution.
The successful candidate will have familiarity with treasury and front office investment banking businesses and products. Candidates, who have experience or knowledge in one or more of IFRS accounting, tax, capital and liquidity regulations or financial services corporate law covering financial services, will be strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills will be advantageous to any application.

Purpose of the role
To design and structure complex financial products, such as derivatives, structured notes, and securitisations, to meet the specific needs of clients and market conditions.
