Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a Business Manager and play a critical role in supporting the Head of Business Management for Digital, Data & Analytics in Global Transaction Banking through strategic analysis, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Operating in a high-intensity, results-oriented environment, you will be responsible for producing strategy materials, business reviews; managing and optimising key business data and processes; and delivering ad-hoc analysis to inform decision-making.
Essential Skills:
Flexibility and adaptability to meet business demands, and managing time sensitive deliverables and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience of tracking and delivering long term and short-term projects, maintaining an overview of key team activities
Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a willingness to learn and challenge, drive and embrace business change
Proactiveness to find problems and solve them independently that will help drive commercial outcomes for the business
Desirable skills:
Experience in Business Management, Business Strategy or COO functions
Experience in and knowledge of Global Transaction Banking and products
This role can be based in London or Northampton

To provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders, simultaneously shaping and executing long-term strategic change, whilst helping to navigate complex challenges in the performance of their roles
