Explore locationAs an Employee Communications professional, you will be working as part of a highly skilled, respected, and creative global team of Employee Communications professionals. You will be responsible for developing impactful and creative content and supporting the delivery of strategic and insight-driven Employee Communications to a Business or Function’s Senior Leadership team.
You will be proficient in written communications, with experience writing for internal and external channels, such as intranets, company-wide newsletters, and social media. You will transform complex and often technical messages into clear, simple, and beautifully articulated stories that colleagues can understand and relate to. You will manage channels – both face-to-face and digital – and develop impactful content and assets, targeting your audience in a sophisticated way. You will be inspired by building creative communications plans and campaigns and enjoy working creatively and collaboratively to get things done.

This is a temporary role for 12 Month period based out of our London office.

To build strong and effective partnerships with the senior leadership of the organisation, advising on how to engage and influence employees to achieve the business’s goals, through an insight-based employee communications strategy, backed up with outstanding execution capability.
