Explore locationJoin us as a FI & Fintech Payments Product Manager, driving high-impact work in our FIG Payments team and shaping how we manage and optimize costs across global banking operations. You will oversee a multi-million Correspondent Banking Charges cost base and scale the recovery model across regions. You will also lead Strategic Initiatives, building innovative monitoring tools and supporting the rapid growth of our Global Currency Clearing product. The role puts you at the center of end-to-end product management, turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen controls and deliver measurable improvements. Essentials Skills/ Qualifications:
Experience working with revenue and profit and loss (P&L), including a clear understanding of key commercial drivers
Advanced Excel capability, with experience using data to support analysis and informed decision-making
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret, analyse, and draw insights from performance data, and comfort running proofs of concept through to launch
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams across regions
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within payments and/or fintech, or related digital or product management experience
Knowledge of global payments and treasury products
Understanding of the regulatory environment faced by payments or financial services businesses
This role is based in London.
