Explore locationAs a HR Strategy and Transformation VP, You will act as a strategic partner to the Head of HR Strategy & Transformation, supporting the development, execution, and measurement of HR’s global strategic initiatives. This includes contributing to the colleague experience agenda through automation, technology alignment, and operating model optimisation. You will help define the roadmap to the desired end state, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where needed. A key part of your role will be to lead on reporting and communications to senior stakeholders, including HR ExCo, ensuring clarity and alignment across the function.
You will support the newly appointed MD in preparing strategic materials, articulating transformation outcomes, and driving engagement across HR disciplines. You will define and track KPIs, partner with Colleague Experience SMEs to implement a measurement framework, and provide strategic advisory across complex projects. Operating with a high level of independence, you will influence senior audiences, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to shaping the future of HR through insight-driven recommendations and impactful communication.
To be successful as a HR Strategy & Transformation, VP – 12 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:
• Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic initiatives, ideally within HR, IT, or transformation functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and working independently at VP level.
• Experience in operating model design, automation, or AI-enabled transformation within a complex organisation.
• Ability to prepare and present strategic papers and recommendations to executive-level audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a broad, top-down perspective, focused on impact measurement and strategic outcomes.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
Your role will be located from our London or Glasgow office.
