Explore locationJoin us as an experienced ICB Relationship Director with deep expertise in the energy sector, particularly across power markets, energy suppliers, and structured lending. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for managing high-value financial relationships, supporting complex funding needs, and driving growth across our energy-focused portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients operating in electricity supply, generation, renewables, and broader energy markets—ensuring they receive robust financial insight, tailored solutions, and strong commercial support.
Key skills:
Relationship lead for major clients across the energy supply and power sector, building long-term, trust-based partnerships
Identify growth opportunities and deliver bespoke lending solutions aligned with clients’ operational and market challenges.
Work closely with internal teams across credit, risk, trading, treasury, and product development to structure and execute complex financing deals.
Monitor energy market developments—including pricing, regulatory shifts, and supply-demand trends—and communicate insights to clients.
Ensure all lending and financial activity is compliant with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
Desirable skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Genuine interest in the sector particularly across Power market, energy suppliers and structured lending.
Represent the organisation at sector events and maintain strong networks within the energy and power industry
