Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a Collateral Management–Prime Brokerage/Global Netting Manager. In this role you will provide critical experience and expertise to the Barclays collateral function supporting the Prime Business, contributing strongly to the day-to-day margin activity as well as the successful delivery of regulatory compliance. The Collateral and Margin teams are a key first line of defence function and this role will ensure strong delivery, control and oversight of potential risks as well as manage client service and interactions across the teams. You will partner closely with colleagues across the function as well as a diverse group of stakeholders across business and infrastructure teams.
To be successful as a Collateral Management–Prime Brokerage/Global Netting Manager you should have:
Experience within Collateral Management/Prime Brokerage or Industry equivalent experience.
Markets Background.
Investment Operations.
Influence to proactively manage diverse internal stakeholder groups including Sales, Trading & Product Control.
Experience of managing a Team and working collaboratively with other Teams within the business.

Strong quantitative and numerate skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including relationship management, communication and teamwork.
Track-record of delivery in a significant business-facing role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role will be based out of London.
