Explore locationJoin us as a Product and Proposition Manager where you will help shape the future of banking by owning a segment of the current account journey, prioritising customer experience improvements, and driving acquisition of new current accounts for Barclays. It requires conducting journey analysis and customer journey mapping, collaborating across multiple teams to enhance commercial effectiveness, and leveraging insights to inform upcoming programs. Additionally, the position contributes to senior leadership meetings, manages team performance reporting, and oversees the overall performance management process to ensure strategic goals are met.
To be successful as a Product and Proposition Manager, you should have:
Demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement.
Experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations.
As minimum intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in reporting and analysis i.e. experience with MI (Management Information).
Commercial acumen.

This role can be based in London, Northampton, Manchester or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
