Explore locationJoin us as a Senior Product and Proposition Manager - Overdrafts, where you will help shape the future of banking by managing the end-to-end delivery of overdrafts. Responsibilities include defining the overdraft growth strategy and working closely with commercial teams, journey managers, and technology partners to optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey while ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements. The role requires a strong focus on risk, including affordability assessments and credit risk management, to make sure all developments were both commercially effective and compliant with regulatory expectations.
To be successful as a Senior Product and Proposition Manager - Overdrafts, you should have:
Extensive demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment
Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement
Significant experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations.
AGILE delivery experience.
Demonstrable commercial acumen.
Good understanding of risk and control frameworks
Considerable experience leading others.

This role can be based in London, Northampton, Manchester, or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
