Explore locationJoin us as a Associate where you will support and strengthen vendor governance and operational effectiveness by managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with control obligations, and acting as a key interface between internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors. This role is designed to support existing leadership responsibilities and enhance vendor management capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have experience in vendor management, supplier management, or supply chain governance roles.
Demonstrate strong vendor relationship and escalation management skills.
Possess excellent spoken and written English with strong articulation and follow-up capability.
Be able to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Be comfortable liaising with global stakeholders across geographies.
Have hands-on experience in preparing presentations (PowerPoint) and managing data/tracking in Excel.
Essential skills / Basic qualifications:
Relevant experience in vendor management or supplier chain roles.
Graduate or master’s degree (formal education is flexible for candidates with strong relevant experience).
Strong command of English (mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Desirable skills / Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with vendors commonly associated with banks (e.g., technology vendors, cash vendors, cheque/book vendors), though banking experience is not mandatory.
Exposure to vendor governance, audit coordination, or control frameworks.
Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage escalations independently.
Preference for candidates seeking a long-term role.
