Join us as Vice President - Cash Management Product, where you will support the growth of Cash Management revenue in Asia by driving and delivering market-leading product capabilities, including the end-to-end delivery, enhancement, and supervision of Cash Management product initiatives in India. You will work closely with the Head of Cash Management and the wider Transaction Banking Product teams to align, manage, and scale product capabilities across markets. Your role will focus on rolling out new products, strengthening existing offerings (particularly in Cross Border Payments), implementing FEMA and RBI regulatory mandates, managing product lifecycle governance, and ensuring seamless client experience and delivery. You will also provide technical expertise to Cash Origination and Coverage teams, contribute to deal structuring and pricing, engage extensively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure strong risk and control practices within the Cash Management product environment.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Bring strong subject-matter expertise in Cross Border products, FEMA/RBI regulations, and Cash Management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute product strategy, manage end-to-end product lifecycle, and maintain strong governance.
  • Be highly collaborative with strong influencing, communication, analytical and delivery skills.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management across internal teams, regulators, fintech partners, PSPs, MSBs, and clients.

Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong experience and domain knowledge in managing Cross Border products (FEMA & RBI regulatory mandates) for Large Corporates, Financial Institutions, and NBFIs.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory constructs such as SRVA, PA-CB, SNRR, RDA, LRS, Nostro/Vostro/LO/PO/BO accounts, and broader FEMA guidelines.
  • Good understanding of FX payments and RBI Master Directions relating to Cross Border transactions.
  • Knowledge of domestic payments and liquidity products is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Delivery- and execution-focused mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Technical orientation aligned with the expectations of a product leadership role.

Purpose of the role

To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. 

Accountabilities

  • Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
  • Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings.
  • Response to customer inquiries, resolution of issues, and provision of guidance on product usage.  .
  • Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
  • Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Participation in events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.
