To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CPA/MBA/Post-graduate.
Very strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Very strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.
Understanding of Barclays’ processes & system (especially Asher, FAR)
Relevant experience in accounting , reporting , controls.
Experience in a shared services or corporate accounting environment is an advantage.
Evidence of understanding of Project Accounting and the requirements around the capitalisation of Internally Generated Software.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Support the end-to-end journey for Internally Generated Software (IGS) capitalisation in Partnership with FBPs, Business Managers and Central reporting functions.
Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders included in the IGS process.
Ensure accurate and reliable reporting of all IGS capitalisation decisions made.
Support the management of all identified risks for the IGS capitalisation function.
Support ad hoc strategy initiatives as they arise.

This role is based in our Noida office.
