Explore locationBarclays is looking for a highly capable Risk Reduction Project Manager to lead and execute strategic projects that enhance our risk posture. You will play a central role in project delivery, team leadership, and building out critical functions that support our business objectives.
To be successful as a Risk Reduction Project Manager you should have:
Proven experience in Project Management.
Demonstrable success in leading strategic projects and people.
Proficiency in RAID reviews and Waterfall Methodology.
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Additional qualifications in Project Management (Prince2, Agile, PMP, Scrum, or P30).
Experience using Gantt Tracker or similar project tracking software.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow or Northampton.
