To be successful as a Designer , you should have experience with:
Very strong knowledge of Payment System and functionals domain experience and a thorough understanding of different schemes like FED/CHIPS in USA, CHAPS in UK and payment business functions.
Strong experience in business and functions designs and managing complex business requirements and reviewing the solution.
Hands on experience on providing detailed requirement writing , walkthrough and provide functional support to the team.
Awareness about industry/regulatory changes and the impact thereof.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Agile methodologies and artefacts like user story, Kanban board etc.
Hands-on exposure on common tools such as Jira, Rally and/or devops/automation tools.
Cross functional/technical skills (Technology skills in development & Test automation).
Knowledge / experience of payment applications GPP – 'Global Pay Plus' and utilities will add advantage.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The role is based out of Pune.
