To be successful as a " Large Holdings Business Analyst ", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
8+ years of business analysis experience in regulatory projects (particularly in the areas of Large Holdings).
6+ years of experience in Investment Banking processes and Operations.
3+ years of experience in SQL query skills.
8+ years of excellent decision making and problem solving skills, able to partner with business and technology colleagues and teams to solve complex problems.
8+ years of experience of the software development lifecycle, the roles and responsibilities on large projects and the motivations of the actors involved.
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Able to document system architectures and process flow.
Able to work well with IT developers in multiple locations and across other teams.
Excellent problem solving skills, able to shift priorities quickly.
Values-based approach.
Analytical skills – ability to investigate and resolve issues in a high-pressured environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask.
Must be independent and creative in approach to problems and issues and be proactive.
Ability to train others and flexible and hard working.
BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, Maths or other relevant subjects.
Adept at using Microsoft Office products with some experience using other software packages relevant to BA work
This role will be based out of Pune.
