Explore locationJoin us as an AVP- Legal Inventory Management, where you will support the implementation of the U.S. LRR governance and control framework. You will help maintain and enhance the U.S. LRR inventory while assisting lawyers in interpreting and managing regulatory obligations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls, monitor procedures, and drive process improvements. You will contribute to training, data governance, and remediation activities that ensure accurate and effective LRR risk management. This position provides the opportunity to support regulatory change, improve legal controls, and enhance oversight across the U.S. Legal function.
To be successful as a AVP- Legal Inventory Management, you should:
Understanding of U.S. legal and regulatory requirements
Ability to analyze, interpret, and validate large volumes of legal and regulatory data
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience improving legal or risk processes and control frameworks
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $180,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To ensure that the financial services regulation activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to help the bank manage legal and regulatory risks associated with these activities.
