As an FX Settlements Analyst at Barclays, you will manage the daily settlement process for FX and Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF) transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role involves working closely with internal and external clients, resolving issues promptly, and improving processes to enhance efficiency and Straight-Through Processing (STP). You will maintain risk and control standards, including reconciliations and netting functions, while supporting system and process changes that strengthen resilience. Additionally, you will contribute to revenue growth by delivering consistent, high-quality service and take responsibility for your own development, with potential leadership responsibilities.
To be successful as a FX Settlements Analyst, you should have:
Experience working within an FX settlements team
Knowledge and practical experience with both FX Cash and Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF) products
Ability to exercise sound judgment on critical issues and reprioritize tasks effectively
Proven capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ample experience in reconciliations and break management
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience managing FX and NDF transactions with institutional external counterparties
Familiarity with inbound and outbound migrations or platform upgrades
Background in process re-engineering and driving efficiency improvements
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
