To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have experience with:
Building trust, aligning expectations, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Defining scope, timelines, resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget
Identifying potential risks early and implementing mitigation strategies
Proficiency in managing projects using both traditional and Agile frameworks
Understanding budgets, forecasts, and financial to align project goals with business strategy
Other highly valued skills include:
Ability to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Power BI, and Excel for tracking and reporting
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
Aligning project outcomes with long-term business goals and identifying growth opportunities
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
Maximum Salary: $155,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
