Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey with Barclays as a Brand and Creative Manager. In this role, you will manage the creative development and management for several airline marketing programs, it is imperative to ensure consistent and efficient execution of all marketing materials that support these large programs. You will be responsible for, providing creative strategy to achieve acquisition, customer marketing, sponsorship, and business objectives. You will work with internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class marketing and communications and ensure unified customer experience with consistent brand and product messaging.
To be successful as a Brand and Creative Manager, you should have:
Extensive experience developing marketing communications for a large organization, preferably in financial services
Experience with fast-paced environments, with ample skills in multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving
An instinctive approach to understanding what makes effective customer communications, augmented by outstanding observational skills
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Advanced multi-channel marketing expertise, with agency or financial services organization (agency experience strongly preferred)
Digital, print, social, and above-the-line production experience a plus
Solid communication and negotiation skills for managing agencies and multiple stakeholders
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in the Wilmington, DE office.
