Explore location1. Development of end-to-end Fraud Strategy for Barclays US digital bank, including the implementation of capabilities and controls for customer application journey and post-book fraud management.
2. Development of Fraud authentication processes and policies for Barclays US consumer bank across all customer interaction channels.
3. Management of the risk department, which includes oversight of risk colleagues and their performance, implementation of risk priorities and objectives, and ensuring department efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Relationship management of risk stakeholders, including identifying relevant stakeholders and maintaining the quality of external third-party services.
5. Adherence to the Risk policy, standards, and frameworks, while maintaining a robust control environment.

To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.
