Explore locationEmbark your transformative journey with Barclays as Vice President Operations. You will be supporting various Financial Crime processes, which might include though not limited to payments / sanctions screening, adverse media screening and other Anti-Money Laundering (AML) related processes and supporting all staff within the area with the evolving and ever-changing environment. You will be embracing all challenges, self-motivating and driving performance within Operations. You will be ensuring compliance with Barclays Group Sanctions Policy and with Barclays Regulatory responsibilities in respect of the fight against Financial Crime and ensuring all Governance, Risk Management, Controls and Compliance requirements are adhered. You will be recognised as possessing specialist expertise, ideally business and data analysis relating to Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Payments functions, acting as an advisor contributing to BAU technical developments and, where appropriate, strategic projects .
To be successful as Barclays as Vice President Operations, you should have experience with:

• Previous experience in building scalable and high-performance systems.
• Prior experience working in a leadership role within an engineering team.

This role is for Chennai location.
