Explore locationStep into your role of Know Your Customer (KYC) Onboarding Analyst with Barclays, where you will play a pivotal role to ensure operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take full accountability for of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your KYC/AML knowledge and experience.
To be successful as a KYC Onboarding Analyst you will need:
Bachelor’s degree
KYC/AML experience in Financial Services
Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), Patriot Act, CIP, and FinCEN CDD Rule requirements
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Other highly valued skills include:
CAMS Certification or other related AML Certifications are a plus
Relationship/time management and people skills
Good written, analytical, problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented, works well contending priorities, and able to handle competing deadlines
Excellent research and investigative skills, familiarity with online research tools such as LexisNexis, D&B, World-Check, Bloomberg

This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
