Explore locationJoin us as a Lead PMO Finance and Resourcing Analyst at Barclays. This role sits within the BUK Portfolio team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial clarity, investment governance and workforce alignment across business portfolios ensuring the right funding, people and plans are in place to execute a complex portfolio of change. You will lead BUK financial forecasting and analysis, supporting strategic investment decisions, oversee management and work closely with key teams to maintain an accurate and forward‑looking view of financial and workforce metrics
Key Skills Required:
• Analytically minded with the ability to review information, interpret trends and challenge results
• Strong financial management and analysis skills, including understanding of cost recovery models and capitalisation processes
• Expertise in financial modelling and analysis (especially Excel), with experience handling large data sets
• Effective stakeholder management with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preparing clear, insightful presentations to communicate findings or recommendations
• Good understanding of Portfolio Management processes within a banking environment
• Relevant qualifications such as Scaled Agile SAFe (desirable)
• Prior experience working across multiple business units within a matrix management organisational structure

This role is based in Knutsford.
