Explore locationJoin us as a Technology Resilience Analyst sitting within Technology Resilience. Technology Resilience support a diverse set of Transformation initiative spanning Cyber and Technology Resilience across the enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformation at a group level across each of the business lines. Both Cyber and Resilience remain at the top of industry priorities, offering the opportunity to be at the cutting edge of best practice and technology innovation.
This will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative, dynamic and problem solving centric team, that drives tangible risk reduction for the firm.
To be successful as a Technology Resilience Analyst you should have experience with:
Technology Background
Experience in enterprise technology environments, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, systems recovery, or operational tooling.
Able to understand how systems interconnect and behave during recovery scenarios.
Data Analysis
Comfortable working with large datasets, reports, and tooling outputs.
Ability to interpret data for progress tracking, testing outcomes, and evidence generation.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - able to build structured reports, dashboards, and visual summaries.
Soft Skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage workstream cadence.
Excellent communicator who can engage across teams and functions.
Project management mindset - able to forward plan, track milestones, and manage dependencies.

Able to work through complex scenarios, identify gaps, and support resolution planning.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing structured approaches.
Testing & Validation Support
Experience supporting scenario-based testing or simulations.

Governance & Assurance Awareness
Familiarity with structured reporting, audit readiness, and evidence collation.
Able to support documentation and updates for internal forums and external reviews.
