Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Corporate Communications AVP where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic internal communications that engage employees and reinforce Barclays’ culture, values, and business priorities. In this position, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft clear, consistent messaging across multiple channels, supporting organizational initiatives, change management, and employee engagement. In this role you will develop and execute comprehensive Investment Banking communication plans, leveraging data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve effectiveness. Additionally, you will ensure global alignment, while developing and executing regular strategic offsites for the team.
