Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a CRES Digital Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation within Corporate Real Estate (CRES), focusing on strategy delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technology enablement. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the function to shape and deliver digital strategy that drives benefits to real estate operations and colleague experience.
To be successful as a CRES Digital Project Manager you should have:
Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, specifically technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in change management within large organisations.
Some other highly valued skills/experience include:
Project management expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Exposure to product management principles and digital strategy delivery.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role can be based out of London.
