Join us as a Fixed Income Finance Sales Analyst where you will assist the Fixed Income Financing Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for covering securities lenders, hedge funds, and real money accounts. You will work to build relationships with clients, traders, and sales teams across the bank internally and externally. You will also manage full transactional and operational support for senior salespeople.

To be successful as a Fixed Income Finance Sales Analyst, you should have:

  • An understanding of bonds, treasuries, municipal securities, corporate debt, and structured products

  • The ability to analyze interest rate trends, credit spreads, yield curves, and macroeconomic indicators to support sales strategies

  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, understanding their investment objectives, and providing tailored solutions

This role is located in the New York office.

This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to old mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.

Minimum Salary: $110,000

Maximum Salary: $125,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements.
  • Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
  • Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates.
  • Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions.
