Explore locationJoin us as a Digital Optimisation Manager and take ownership of all digital optimisation initiatives across Barclaycard Payments’ website. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and execute data-driven testing and personalisation strategies, ensuring measurable improvements in customer journeys and conversion rates. Your hands-on expertise in Adobe Target will be central to success. You will design, implement, and analyse tests using Adobe Target and related tools, driving performance through continuous optimisation. In addition, you will coordinate an AEM team based in India, ensuring alignment and seamless delivery across regions. You will also oversee sprint planning and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on delivery of digital optimisation and personalisation using Adobe Target.
Lead and manage end-to-end testing projects: ideation, setup, execution, and analysis.
Drive data-led decision-making to improve conversion and customer experience.
Manage team sprints and Jira boards, ensuring timely delivery of priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
Essential Skills:
Adobe Analytics: Strong analytical capability to run reports, interpret data and derive actionable insights.
AEM (Adobe Experience Manager): Working knowledge of content management tools.
Technical awareness: Solid understanding of digital technology and optimisation tools.
Commercial acumen: Ability to link performance levers to business outcomes.
Organisational skills: Proven ability to manage sprint plans, Jira boards, and multiple priorities effectively.
Stakeholder management: Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and delivering high-quality service.
Desirable Skills:
Strategic thinking: Ability to identify high-impact testing opportunities for maximum ROI.
Innovation: Creative approach to ideating and implementing testing strategies.

This role is based in London or Northampton.
Please note this role is a 12 month secondment
