• Lead the high-performing Business Banking Product Management team responsible for run-the-bank activities for c.20 Lending products.
• Effective management of key stakeholder relationships with internal parties to ensure the delivery of Product workstack.
• Delivery of key change items including regulatory change projects
• Ensure ongoing compliance with both external regulation and internal standards. Promoting a robust, consistent and effective control environment.
• Development, implementation and oversight of Financial Difficulty strategy for Business Banking customers.
• Identify optimisation opportunities across accountable Products and Journeys to drive better customer experience and enhance commercial returns.
• Deliver good customer outcomes across accountable Products and Journeys , primarily demonstrated through satisfactory assurance results and the monitoring of key performance indicators, complaints and NPS.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
