Explore locationJoin us as a Personal Assistant at Barclays, where you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to one Managing Director and two Directors within our Retail Banking - Current Accounts & Payments business. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and act as a trusted point of contact for senior leadership, while also supporting key business processes and liaising with external organisations and stakeholders.
To be successful as a Personal Assistant, you should have experience with:
Demonstrable experience in diary management for senior leaders.
Great organisational skills and action-oriented mindset.
The ability to work flexibly, in order to manage competing demands.
Experience in building well-established networks to ensure effective delivery.
Experience in booking travel and expenses.
Experience liaising with external organisations.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in London, Northampton, Manchester, or Glasgow.

To provide administrative and organisational support to executives, managers, or teams. To manage schedules, acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient task management, and a professional presence for their assigned individuals or teams.
