Explore locationWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Design Analyst, to join our growing Data team, working on one of Barclays’ flagship initiatives, the Integrated Financial Crime Programme, now confirmed as a formal Project Pathway. This high-impact role will lead the delivery of advanced data products and support the development of innovative machine learning capabilities in the transaction monitoring space. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, engineers and data scientists to take early-stage concepts through to production, shaping the next generation of financial crime detection tools at Barclays.
To be successful as a Senior Business Design Analyst, you should have experience with:
Previous experience as a Data Lead, or Product Owner, ideally within financial crime, risk, or regulatory domains.
A background in delivering data-driven solutions, with a deep understanding of data product development.
Experience working with or applying machine learning or advanced analytics to solve business problems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
