Explore locationJoin us as a Senior UI/UX Designer- a critical component of our Agile Transformation Strategy. We are establishing a Design Centre of Excellence to embed Human-Centred Design across all delivery Tribes. Without this role, Tribes will lack essential design support, increasing the risk of developing solutions that are not user-led and may result in negative outcomes for our clients.
This role will focus on developing products and features for our private banking and wealth management colleagues customers. You will work closely with your cross function partners within a tribe and squad to create user-centred and visually compelling digital products for internal and consumer-facing use. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences, collaborating closely with stakeholders, cross-function partners and service designers to help drive continuous improvement and ensure our digital banking solutions meet user needs.
You will blend traditional UX/UI skills with an understanding of private bank user needs and processes, making it more specialised than standard digital product design roles
