Join us as BA4 - Trade and Working Capital where you will provide operational and project delivery support to Corporate Banking (CB), Private Banking (PB), and Investment Banking (IB) teams. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track, and deliver projects, drive automation initiatives, and ensure timely, high-quality execution within defined timelines.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Support end-to-end project planning, monitoring, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
  • Identify automation opportunities and partner with technology and other stakeholders for implementation.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore teams and stakeholders across functions.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and dashboards to demonstrate project progress and outcomes.
  • Set up, govern, and manage stakeholder calls, ensuring meaningful and timely updates.
  • Provide regular project updates and MIS to senior management for visibility and decision-making.
  • Own project scope, timelines, and coordination of teams assigned to the project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for India Domestic Operations on assigned initiatives.

Essential skills / Basic qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with modern presentation tools and exposure to Co-pilot, automation/robotics, and Agile tools.
  • Good understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking products and processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.

Desirable skills / Preferred qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree and/or relevant project management certification.
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects across functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and influence.
  • Knowledge of RBI regulations and regulatory frameworks (preferred).

Purpose of the role

To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. 

Accountabilities

  • Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
  • Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
  • Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
