As an Australian and APACequity salesperson, you will be responsible for distributing Australian, APACresearch and equity products to U.S. institutional investors. You will play a key part in rebuilding Australian and APACcoverage on a lean international desk while also supporting the broader team in selling European research into the U.S. market. In this role, you will have high visibility given the team's strategic importance.
To be successful as a VP International Institutional Equity Sales, you should have:
Understanding of Australian and APACmarkets, research products, and institutional client needs
Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain promptly)
Experience collaborating within cross-border or joint-venture structures
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Excellent communication skills for client interaction across time zones and regions
Relationship-building skills to deepen coverage with U.S. institutional clients
Ability to operate independently on a lean desk while contributing to a broader international sales team
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our New York, NY office.
This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
