Key critical skills required for this role include:
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a cross functional team.
Ability to handle a variety of functions and to meet daily deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Post journal entries related to credit card manual adjustments.
PC skills including use of MS Excel and MS Word.
Relevant bank operations experience specializing in any of the following: settlement, reconcilement, check research and investigations / adjustments.
Be a resource for policy, procedure, and human resources questions/issues.
Experience in managing customer queries related to credit card payments.
You may be assessed on key essential skills relevant to succeed in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Noida.
