To be successful as a " Senior Decision Analyst", you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. Not mandatory but beneficial if in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing /measuring marketing strategies and KPIs across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, SQL, Excel.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of marketing ROI, attribution models, and marketing efficiency.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

• Experience in marketing analytics(preferably predictive analytics), media performance, or strategy roles.
• Experience with econometric modeling or marketing mix modeling (MMM).
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, business , and creative teams.
• Ability to present insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and business relevance.

This role will be based out of Noida/Gurgaon.

Purpose of the role

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources. 

Accountabilities

• Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
• Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
• Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
• Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
• Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
