Explore locationJoin as us a CLCM Commercial Lead at Barclays where you'll be responsible for analysing commercial data and customer lifecycle trends to uncover opportunities for improved performance and strategic growth. You will shape the overall customer lifecycle management strategy, and support customer communication tactics by aligning contextually relevant customer messaging with product and servicing, driving key portfolio commercial metrics.
To be successful as a CLCM Commercial Lead, you should have experience with:
Strategic Thinking - ability to interpret, develop, and integrate long-term customer, product, and channel strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
Commercial Acumen - deep understanding of banking products and services, and related balance sheet and profit and loss dynamics
Analytical Reasoning – able to manipulate, analyse and draw insight from data using tools like Excel

This role can be based in either London, Northampton, or Knutsford.
