Explore locationJoin us as a Senior Qualitative Researcher – Design Research, where you will play a key role within our Decision Intelligence team, working closely with our customer panels to deepen our understanding of customer needs, attitudes, behaviours, and opportunities for improvement. In this role, you will champion the Customer Voice, delivering high-quality research that informs useful and innovative experiences for our 20 million UK customers. You will partner with product stakeholders to clarify business challenges, identify the decisions research can unlock, and equip teams with the insight they need. From scoping and selecting the correct methodologies, to participant recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, and clear, actionable reporting, you will lead end-to-end research that drives confident, customer-centric decision-making.
