To be successful as a AVP Markets Surveillance, you should have experience with:
A proactive approach to problem solving with a desire to be inquisitive in their analysis.

Self-starter willing to take on additional tasks and ad-hoc projects as requested.

Basic skillsets:
Good communication skills, ability to interact and work with key stakeholders.
Ability to quickly understand and interchange with a variety of other product and technical areas.
Strong understanding of core Global Markets and Market Abuse regulations.
Strong Surveillance or Compliance experience in a financial services environment or Regulator (2-3 years relevant experience).
Ability to multi-task and manage projects while completing daily tasks and responsibilities
Familiarity with diverse product types.
Desirable skillsets:
Be “tech savvy” interested by the opportunity’s technology provides for quality, efficiency or accuracy.
Understand risk management and control functions.
Working knowledge of Barclays – goals, financials, staff numbers and structure.
This role will be based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To monitor and analyse market activity for potential signs of abuse or manipulation, verifying that there is adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and taking action to mitigate market misconduct.
