Explore locationAs the Head of Marketing – Private Bank in Barclays, this highly visible leadership role is responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy for the Singapore Private Bank across APAC. The role will report to the Marketing Director, Private Bank International and have 2 direct reports. It involves long- and short-term planning, fostering collaboration across the Private Bank and Barclays Group, and creating a positive, creative team culture. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns, deepening client relationships, managing budgets and governance, and producing compelling executive-level materials. The role demands strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to transform marketing from a local, event-based function into a strategic, commercial partner.
