Explore locationStep into the role of GMO Colleague Engagement Lead where you will focus on driving colleague engagement initiatives and responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to Senior Leadership. Your professional presence, flexibility and proactive approach will play a key role in the success of this position.

Advise senior leadership on employee engagement strategies, using insight-based research to inform communication approaches.

Design and implement communication interventions that influence behavior and foster a culture aligned with organizational values.
Develop and execute internal communications plans, from concept to delivery, across various engagement channels.
Manage crisis and issues communications, focusing on the role of employees in client engagement.
Desirable skills sets:
Partner with other functions and business areas to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Take responsibility for operational effectiveness, risk management, and strengthening controls.
In-depth technical knowledge and experience in Colleague Engagement and administrative support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and channels simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in internal or external communications, ideally in a matrixed or global organization.
Experience with social and digital platforms to amplify colleague engagement.
Proactive and creative mindset, always seeking new ways to elevate communication and drive participation.
Stakeholder partnership experience, collaborating across brand, employee communications, and HR teams.
