Explore locationAs a Financial Crime Governance & Control Manager, you will be supporting Retail Financial Crime to understand and manage its risk profile, including operating key risk management activities (e.g. issues management oversight), managing stakeholders, working on various exciting projects, interacting with various teams and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
Detailed understanding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the operation of activities as part of the Barclays Control Framework including Issues Management oversight and operation of committees
Management of Framework governance including reporting (e.g. procedures framework)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience of Governance and Control across Financial Crime

To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.
