Explore locationJoin us as Financial Crime Assurance Manager at Barclays, where you will be responsible for designing and managing the assurance framework across Financial Crime Retail. Including completion of Quality Assurance of customer review approvals and other assurance testing. Utilising different assurance methods including data driven solutions.
Key skills required to be successful in this role include:
Demonstrable experience of working in Assurance roles, including the design, testing and quality assurance processes.
Ability to provide thought leadership - strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, MI and business challenges and make recommendations and decisions
Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including experience in producing and reviewing papers / MI; and presentations for senior audiences
Additional skills include:
Previous experience of working in a Financial Crime environment, ideally in a PEP, High Risk or Exits, working knowledge of Financial Crime Customer Life Cycle Standards.
Experience in the financial services industry
Experience of interpreting compliance and operational procedures and processes, translating into operational processes and controls

This role can be based in London, Northampton or Glasgow.

To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.
