Explore locationAs a Product Owner, you will be accountable for the full end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to launch. You will collaborate across Digital, Technical, Operational and Design teams, briefing them effectively, building robust business cases, and driving customer-centric commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities include customer, market and business analysis; commercial outcome ownership; proposition & product development; prioritising delivery outcomes; operational & product design oversight; identifying & managing risks and stakeholder collaboration in order to implement effective product enhancements and customer journeys. Success will be measured by outcome delivery, customer feedback & adoption and colleague engagement. You will review existing products and identify opportunities for new features and enhancements, including through Partnerships, whilst operating within a SAFe Agile delivery framework, managing backlogs, defining sprints, and translating business needs into prioritised deliverables using tools like Jira and Confluence.
To be successful as a Product Owner, you should have experience with:
Product ownership with the ability to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch.
Driving product delivery; planning, executing, and optimising product development to meet business objectives and customer needs.
Commercial acumen with experience in assessing business opportunities and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent stakeholder collaboration & management skills.
Solid experience of managing and delivering digital change.
Working in a SAFe (or similar) Agile framework.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Knowledge of the UK Business Banking market, products and services.
Experience of working with & negotiating with third-party partnerships
Experience of delivery across both Mobile & Web channels
Previous leadership experience.

This role can be based in either London, Knutsford, or Northampton.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
