Explore locationJoin us as a Residential Warehouse Junior Trader VP, where you will have the chance to join the Securitized Products team that manages the residential loan portfolio business. In this role you will assess market value of portfolios, set trade level haircut, and spread for each product that the business is mandated to lend against. You will work with internal risk partners to monitor and formulate risk parameters, provide guidance for the business platform governance and development and maintain/enhance client relationships in close partnership with the internal team.
To be successful as a Residential Warehouse Junior Trader VP, you should have:
Ability to act as a trader within the business, managing elements of structuring, pricing and execution, client engagement and post trade follow ups
Residential loan portfolio management previous experience
BS degree in finance, economics, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and high-pressure environment
Good verbal and written communication skills to drive franchise business
Knowledge of trading infrastructure and systems

This role is located in our New York, New York office.
This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To execute trades and manage risk within a defined portfolio of financial instruments and staying informed about market trends and developments to make informed trading decisions.
